Sumantajeet Singh has served as NGBM’Chief Operating and Financial Officer since 2004. In addition to his solid business education and 14+ years of applied business management experience, his positions in sales management at Euraka Forbes and BPL Manager of BPL, a leading consumer electronics company in India, have provided him with the expertise to implement the company’s strategic vision that manages and drives the growth of the NGBM’s overall business. Karen Grenier, VP Marketing

Karen Grenier is a highly respected and experienced marketing and communication specialist, focusing on the development of products, resources, and market strategies. Her strong communication skills and personal attention to quality enhances NGBM’s mission to promote continuous product improvement, customer satisfaction, and high standards of service. Karen Grenier brings over two decades of communication, training design and delivery expertise to the NGBM Group. Tapping into her diverse experience in writing and designing training resources for public and private businesses, ranging from educational facilities, banks, telecoms and medical organizations, she has fine-tuned her communication skills to include the following skills set: metrics and assessment design and delivery, technical resource development, research, and quality assurance implementation.  

She has used this extensive communication, education/training, and management skills to lead teams in the development and implementation of marketing resources and initiatives and training programs for First Union Bank, DST Interactive, Cone Mills, Phelps Dodge, and American Express.  Additionally, she has broad experience providing and overseeing quality control for documentation and has developed and implemented metrics, assessment tools and processes for evaluating technical writers, training designers, and trainers.  As the Lead Technical Writer for DST Interactive (billing software) and Metagon (data warehousing software), she directed these companies’ writing team that supported, through the development of user manuals and other resources, the Software Development Divisions.  Her writing skills were honed as the managing editor for a national health and yoga magazine as well as publishing articles for a variety of health supplement companies and magazines. As a talented writer she has written and published on an eclectic assortment of topics for newspapers, magazines, and web sites.

Karen earned her Bachelor’s degree in English and Spanish at the University of Maine. She has a Master’s Degree in Adult Education, focusing in training and development, at the University of Southern Maine. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in fine artsfrom Winthrop University in South Carolina

Satyajeet Thokchom, VP Human Resources

As HR and Operations Officer Satyajeet Thokchom is responsible for the planning, development and management of all human resources functions for NGBM.   Prior to joining NGBM, Satyajeet worked at Citibank NA. Satyajeet specializes in employee recruitment and has applied expertise in performance evaluation, staff training, and development. He applies a humanist’s approach to the development of programs and initiatives with the aim of utilizing all personnel’s talents and skills to further advance the mission of the company.

Satyajeet earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration .

Imran Bansal, Director

Imran Bansal has served as a director since 2004. Mr. Bansal is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Paragon Inc., a software engineering firm. Mr. Bansal serves on a number of public and private advisory boards. He lectures for numerous universities and is, routinely called upon to speak as a guest lecturer. Imran is recognized as an expert in topics relating to networks and architecture and entrepreneurship.

Desiree Dumas, Director
Desiree Dumas has served as a director since June 2005 and brings to the board extensive experience in the fields of accounting and finance. Ms. Dumas is a Managing Member of Korth Consulting/Management, LLC. Prior to joining Korth Consulting/Management, LLC, Ms. Dumas worked in Corporate Development at Bank of America.  She also held the position of Chief Executive Officer of MTGM Ltd., a manufacturing company based in India. Desiree Driscoll currently serves as a director of a number of privately held companies and universities.

Dr. Ray Mota, Advisor
With 25+ years experience in the telecommunications market, Dr. Ray Mota brings a talent for complex technical thinking and provides strong direction, sharp analysis, and expert advice on networking issues, specializing in design, implementation, and troubleshooting. Ray has developed a vast network of influential relationships, which has strengthened his solid reputation among his peers in the telecom industry.
Ray honed his IT industry experience and expertise as a user, manager, and network integrator. He designed and implemented the first Frame relay/ATM network for New York City and developed automated network operation centers for many wallstreet firms. Other key accomplishments include developing artificial intelligence imaging recognition program and high business analytics systems. He has several pending patents.
His career is highlighted by the strong direction and expert advice, as well as his commitment to maximizing organizational efficiency and empowering others to succeed.  He has held leadership positions at Aberdeen Group, ManageAll, Micros-To-Mainframes, Advanced Technology Group, and Eastman Kodak.
Routinely called upon to speak as a guest lecturer throughout the country, Ray is recognized as an expert in topics relating to networks and architecture and has been the keynote speaker at a number of global conferences. His commentaries and analyses have been published in The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Telecom Magazine, MSNBC, CNN Money, Forbes, Fortune, NY Times, and the SF Chronicle.
Ray’s numerous professional affiliations include the Princeton University Club; MIT Enterprise Forum; National Association of Rocketry; and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
