A WebTop is a business intelligence cloud computing tool, that enhances the experience by offering a PC like interface and simplifies interaction of dashboarding, ad-hoc reporting and charting. It provides a common platform that is open and collaborative. Productive increases using the WebTop. NGBM will automate the entire end-to-end service request and delivery process off interactive data.

Kernel of WebTop is further divided into 3 key communication and integration Applications/servers.

1) Data manager: Data manager will be an listener application responsible to following activities on the system

• Custom Data import supported by XLS, XLSX, XML, MS-ACCESS, TXT, CSV etc
• Data re engineering
• Data Formatting
• Data Integrity Check Data duplicates etc

2) Report Generator: Report Generator receives and responds requests via MSXML web service (Could be a SOAP based service). As soon as any request is placed on queue listener further communicate with data manager to check data authenticity and retrieve data. Report generator further respond to queue in MSXML data formats or with error message if any.

1) Data handling:
Allows User to import their own data - either through Excel and Google Docs, and future will allow Access and SQL integration
Open and standard data import and export structure-which protects company from any exposure-too many small BI companies are propriety and if they go out of business the data for the company becomes useless, WebTop data could be exported to any other system using standards.
Preloaded external data for ease of use, GDP, Population, etc

5) Single Sign On:
Allow users to save his login credentials for certain websites. In future if those websites are watched via WebTop, user should be automatically logged into those websites.
In future WebTop should be enhanced to user single sign on with followings

• Google Logins
• Yahoo Logins
• MSN Logins etc

6) Semantic Advanced Search Capabilities: System should be smart enough to search/narrate almost everything from the WebTop. Advanced search capabilities will include
Keyword ( any/exact match phrase)
Search By MetaTags
Search specifically into reports/charts/dashboard/articles/knowledge board/contents etc

7) One Click Utility: One click Utility will allow users to save any window in WebTop as a shortcut, Further that can be opened by simply clicking to the shortcut icon


The Open Application Interface provides an open standard interface to integrate third-party applications and market research systems with the WEBTOP. The common interface will be the WebTop for single screen access.
